A few years ago, my life changed unexpectedly. I went from employed professional to unemployed. After 30 years in a corporate environment, I was lost and needed guidance. None was available so I decided to write it. Eight hundred days, countless hours of research and 70,000+ words later, it’s here. This is the final cover of my new book, out in December. It’s called “You’re Always 39: Rising Above Late-Career Job Loss.” It is the first guide to help mid- or late-career women prevent, manage, get help for and recover from late-career job loss. I interviewed numerous women who shared their experiences of loss and rebuilding. I share some of my own personal experiences as well. I’m so excited about this new opportunity to help women.
